1. Team management

Leadership is by far the most important aspect of any project to get executed successfully and therefore I believe it should be the highest priority of any team. Also, in this case, I would like to play the role of the overall management of work such as starting from idea to deploying the entire project on the web. Similarly, with proper team discussions and tackling the innovative ideas of others, I would like to create the ideate final project with all possible functionalities, looks, and what are the possible problems we as a team may face and how to overcome them. In leadership, there would be other people with some responsibilities regarding management such as product manager and project manager for which one individual may have the role to perform, then I would prefer to have Account and Marketing team manager as a single person and at last User interface and Creative director as one another individual. Finally, I would like to specify my own duties which are Technical support for both front and backend development, testing, and debugging, and if needed I would like to work in other departments as well.


2. Designing

After defining the management, the next step is to start to work on the research on currently available products and what are the changes we as a team can create to make our product more useful to the users. For that, I would like to start with Creative and Designers; with the project manager or product manager, a person would have vision and strategy, create a plan, schedule, deadlines, reporting, and managing project scope. However, the project scope also includes the functionalities which require technical people, but here I would like to make them separate. In the same team, one of the important entities would be the user interface designers who shape the user experience, look, understand the problem, create wireframes, prototypes, design logos, and style for applications and websites. Additionally, the same person will be responsible for user testing, and in this project, those will be pilots for the club. Not only that, but the same group of people would also have experience in strategy, interaction design, and information architecture.


3. Development

The third pillar of our project is none other than the development team which includes the front end, back end, code testing, page testing as per the standards, layout, and interaction of functionalities and features, product style in form of HTML, CSS, and media, validation, documentation, optimization the code, speed, and scalability; improving the performance at server-side, managing database. Here, some responsibilities like search engine optimization and content deployment are being shared with the marketing team, for which there would be some common individuals in both groups. Furthermore, testing will include utilities, APIs, technology, robustness, and quality assurance. Ultimately, I would like to belong to more of this group as per my skills and abilities to write code and as a team leader.


4. Marketing

At last, we have our promoting team with several responsibilities for example digital marketing, social media marketing, search engine optimization, keywords searching, volume per keyword, social media optimization, content writing, copyright and pattern recognizing, brand awareness, paid promotions, account, cost, and budget of the entire project. The above-mentioned work requires different people with different skill-sets, such as creative writers, social media specialists, email, phone, and other automation marketing specialists, for which they will run a different campaign and get interaction with users. Ultimately, our goal is to reach as many pilots as possible to use our product for which the same team may come up with different ads, marketing strategies, and even controversial marketing plans.

5.Accounting

As earlier mentioned, the leading of accounts and marketing may be directed by a single person as both departments may work under the same environment of increasing sales and reaching more customers with the lowest possible expenditures. Also in the same bucket, the human resources would be included to make changes in teams as per the requirement and hire new people if required at any stage.
